Anyone who watched one of Rafael Nadal’s matches at this year’s Wimbledon saw something that has never been seen in professional tennis; he wore a watch during play. Now while this may not seem like anything crazy to a non-player, to anyone who knows the game this new addition to his wardrobe could certainly affect his play. The added weight of any normal sports watch could affect not only his toss, but his backhand as well. So one knew the watch must be extremely light. We now know that this watch was not only shockingly light, but also shockingly expensive.

With the first round of qualifying beginning today for the 2010 Wimbledon tournament, we thought we would pay a little respect to the greatest player ever to live (with the possible exception of Rod Laver) and a total embodiment of all that is FreddieBlack. Roger Federer will not only be everyone at Freddie’s favorite this year, but could become the only player in the history of the game to win 17 grand slams. He doesn’t really need that though because he is already the only player in the world to win 16. Either way, between his on-court dominance and off-court style, you can take a few cues from the best ever.

Below, we have chosen six of our favorites, but pick and choose whichever you want from the ITunes store; the best part is that they’re all free!

Ever hear of a band that comes along that’s great, doesn’t end up getting their full due, and no one can quite put their finger on why? Maybe they lack commercial appeal, but they certainly don’t lack talent. We believe this is a fate that may be awaiting Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, but it’s not too late, and there’s still something we can do.

So here it is. Fuck the AFI and screw Rolling Stone, here is FreddieBlack’s best movies of this decade. We know that many will be shocked and appalled that we have left their favorites off the list, and we’ll apologize in advance for any unrest our selection may cause. The fact of the matter is, there were more than ten great movies made over the past ten years. There were hundreds. We tried to shy away from the obvious choices, and instead chose movies that mattered for a particular reason. So here we present, without further ado, FreddieBlack’s selections for the ten best movies of the 2000’s, in alphabetical order.

It is a religious experience and far too many just toss out their credit card to some idiot at Guitar Center and go home with a Yamaha (if that’s you, don’t worry, you had no warning), which is the equivalent of hiring a hooker on prom night. Do your homework, follow these tips, and get a guitar you’ll be happy with for the rest of your life.
