We were in a bar last night, and saw something horrible. A young guy, we’re sure a nice enough guy, was standing at the bar trying to keep the bartender’s attention long enough to get a drink. The horrible part comes when we saw the same guy, about 15 minutes later, still at the bar trying to get that same drink.
